If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we send the order to the production team.
Since we offer a customized product, we offer a refund/replacement if the product arrived defective, damaged, or if a different product was sent. In such a case, please contact us within 48 hours after your product was delivered at email@example.com with a clear image of your pendant and your order number/order name.
For any reason if you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
